Our Story
The Workshop FW (TWFW) is a nonprofit organization that strives to educate and empower the next generation of trades workers with a mindset of excellence and integrity. Located in Fort Wayne, IN and established in 2025, The Workshop FW is an educational work-based learning program and advocate for people of all abilities working in the trades.
We are fueled by our years of experience across the trades industries and are on a mission to pass on our collective knowledge to our students. Through providing a high quality learning environment, we aim to foster a fun, safe and educational space for all. Our sharp attention to assessing each student’s individual needs, allows us to tailor our programs for all levels of abilities while empowering each student.
The people who make up the trades workforce are the backbone of our country. Here at The Workshop FW, we are building a stronger America, one trades person at a time.
